If I could give this hotel less than one star, i would have done it. After I set up 13th of July for a booking at this hotel for 3 persons, there was a feature of asking the manager about what I want, I asked especially for a room at the first floor because of moms’ knees on the 7th of July. When I arrived to this hotel, the manager said “there is only one room left at the fifth floor with no elevator, and only one bed.” After seeing the room’s bad condition, I went back to the manager to ask him about what I have requested him before, he said “have I answered you?” “No” “then it’s what ti is.” “If you want to stay in the hotel, then go to the fifth floor or you are welcomed to leave.” I went to the precinct to help me getting my money back, they didn’t help me. after all of this I had no choose but to leave. I contacted hotels.com they are also misled me and they didn’t refund me the money.
